Quality Inspection
Ensure the timepiece is in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and the warranty card intact before the courier arrives for pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your registered address at no additional cost; please ensure the package is securely sealed.
Refund or Replacement
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or a replacement dispatched within 48 hours.
